Cambio y elimino mi comentario semi-negativo de hace unos días. Por un error en mi Hana EL, di una puntuación baja por el sonido del disco. Se me había descolocado el brazo/tetina, al reajustarlo, el sonido es muy bueno, buen prensado con muy poco o casi ningún ruido de fondo.
The audio quality is decent, yet it feels somewhat flat. It likely comes from a digital source. I wouldn't purchase it once more.
While there are plenty of jazz piano virtuosos out there, when it comes to keeping it simple yet packing a punch, AJ's your guy for that smooth, 'loaded' sound.
Soundin' really good on this record.. when I compared it to the digital version I streamed on Tidal, this one has way more energy. Picked it up used, and it's in pretty much mint shape. There's a couple of tiny pops and clicks, but nothing too bad - it's pretty quiet overall. The sound is well-balanced from start to finish.
Jamal truly shines here, delivering his signature mix of melody, space, wit, and groovy beats. Standout tracks are "We Kiss In A Shadow," "The Party's Over," "Love For Sale," and "Broadway." Also, don't miss its sister album, "All Of You.
