Standout tracks include "Save Me", "Step By Step", and "Mornin'". The mixing and mastering are top-notch, showcasing the exemplary music production of the early '80s. The vocals sound incredibly powerful. Plus, you'll find some of the finest Rhodes piano performances ever recorded. 3.5 stars.

Another thrift store find! Just $3, what a steal. It's in flawless condition, both the sleeve and the vinyl. Al's music is such a great mood booster. I'm not the biggest enthusiast of 80s soul/jazz-funk, as it usually includes synthesizers, but there's so much musically happening on this album that I can look past that. Al's voice is incredibly smooth. All in all, $3 was a fantastic deal.
