This album is fantastic! Can someone tell me why the vinyl version is so noticeably lacking in P!NK tracks?
This album is fantastic and has been mastered brilliantly, with great vocals and a dynamic sound, but it's held back by the pressing not being top-notch, there's some pops and crackles throughout and that strange distortion at the end of each side. The artwork is awesome, like the first album someone put a lot of effort into it, just wish someone had spent more time on quality control.
The turntable itself delivers decent audio quality, however, my particular unit exhibits odd distortion nearing the end of tracks, and it's not the usual inner-groove distortion. The center of the soundstage remains clear, but as the song progresses, a jagged, distorted noise emerges on the louder parts, affecting both the left and right speakers to some extent.
Amazing album, those picture discs in a gatefold are just awesome! I grabbed mine for £23 on Amazon 😁, so don't pay those scalper prices!
