The golden accents on the jacket and the poly inner sleeve were truly lovely additions. The disc itself is quite thick and arrived in pretty good condition, with just a few minor scratches and scuffs that don't affect the sound. The audio quality is fantastic; in my opinion, the mastering on this vinyl pressing even outperforms the streaming version. My copy has no surface noise to speak of, except for a couple of brief spots at the start of each side and a few light pops here and there, which I think might be due to the disc being a bit staticky, both out of the sleeve and after I gave it a wet cleaning. All in all, it's an amazing album, a real pleasure to listen to, and it sounds incredible on my setup. Definitely worth the under $20 price tag from Secretly.
The gold edition is a spot-on match for the album cover! As for the audio quality, my copy sounds fantastic.
The inner sleeve on my copy was totally messed up - the plastic inside was nearly shredded! I had to go out and get a new one...As for the sound, it's pretty much like Bury Me at Makeout Creek on vinyl; the mixing and mastering are top-notch, really making the vocals pop.
Some spots have a bit of unwanted noise, but this is *way* better than the two Urban Outfitters versions I got. It's a fantastic pressing of an awesome album, and the added lyrics sheet and download card are a really cool extra!
