  • Glow Record: Average Glow

    4 out of 5 stars
    NguRic26 December 2025United Kingdom🇬🇧

I've got a couple of glow in the dark records, and this one's pretty average when it comes to background noise from the material. The glow isn't much of an issue on louder albums, but since this one has quite a few quieter tracks, it's not the best choice. That said, the glow looks awesome after it's been in direct sunlight or under a UV light. All things considered, it's not a huge deal for me.

  • Glow Vinyl's Poor Sound Quality

Absolutely adore this band and this album. It's flawless beginning to end...but damn, this vinyl's sound quality is awful. So far, I've chatted with one other person who thinks the glow in the dark vinyl pressing is terrible. There's a constant white noise hiss underneath the music throughout the whole album.

  • Vinyl Pressing Worth Your Time

Right now, you can still snag this for $22 with free delivery. Steer clear of those disgusting resellers. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B011BSQ422?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_shareThis pressing is absolutely fantastic, just as the guy mentioned in his review down there. I've got a digital version, and let me tell you, it's like night and day. Greg Calbi did an amazing job mastering this album. The instruments are all nicely separated, giving it a super lively feel. It's like I'm right there in those coffee shops catching live performances. Everything's clear, no muffling or weird sounds. If you can grab this, I totally recommend it, it's worth your time.
