The audio quality is fantastic. I can't compare it to the first edition, but I'm really enjoying the sound. The cover and the insert seem to be made from recycled paper, quite poor quality, but I believe the original pressings looked similar. I'm not a fan of the "light my fire" cover art, it's quite out of place, but since it's the final track, I can "live with it".
I'm satisfied with the sound quality of this pressing, it's not flawless but it's decent. My copy has a bunch of surface noise even after I cleaned it...
I'm really into this album - But the quality of the pressing is not great! The highs are quite vague. But.. It’s punk 🤷♂️
Just got my new copy and it skips on a few songs on side one. Side two seems fine though. Has this happened to anyone else? Also, the sound quality isn't great. The CD sounds way better!
Never truly felt the beasties punk vibe, but I see why others do. Solid pressing and audio quality given the source, though.
