Worth the wait, MASSIVE improvement over Ballads 1. At times he goes back to his lofi drums / piano pairing, but it has plenty of up-tempo moments, quirky instrumentals and much more diversity than his other ventures. Obviously goes without saying that "Run" is easily the strongest track from this, but there are PLENTY of highlights throughout, MODUS, Daylight, Sanctuary, High Hopes, and Your Man being a strong closing track too. The album is a little overcrowded by being 18 tracks long, some of them do feel a little generic, copy/paste - so if this were a 12 / maybe 13 track album, it would feel like a much stronger release. However, I can say I'm not disappointed with the final product. Great work! I'm sure his next venture will be even better! - 8/10

Great pressing. A little bit of surface noise on my second disc but only at the start. The white is sharp and the sound quality is great. Makes a great companion to my white copy of Ballads 1. They definitely didn't do a rush job on this pressing like you might expect for someone blowing up like Joji has been. Runs at 45rpm instead of 33. Pick it up while you can before it runs out.
it's in that kind of lazy black jewel case with no tray artwork at all, and there's no tracklist anywhere on the pressing.It says "For full album credits and tracklist, go to: jojimusic.com/nectar"That is not a website that exists anymore, they couldn't even print the tracklist on the extremely empty back cover? Ugh.
Perfect pressing! the bass and instrumentals shine thru really well.
