This is an awesome album with an excellent pressing. I've come across better sound quality and mixing on other bluegrass records (it's a bit too brassy and the soundstage/imaging isn't top-notch), but it's still a fantastic effort and absolutely worth adding to your collection! Some songs sound absolutely incredible, and you can tell that multiple studios and engineers were involved. It comes with a great booklet featuring an introduction by John Weissberger and notes from Sam Bush. Overall, it's one of my favorite bluegrass vinyl releases in recent years. You can really feel the tribute from one friend to another, honoring John Hartford and some of his best songwriting. Don't miss out on this one!

I've come across better sound quality and mixing in other bluegrass records (it has a bit of a brassy sound and the soundstage/imaging isn't top-notch), but it's still a fantastic effort and absolutely worth getting!
