I'm absolutely loving this reissue series! It's led me to discover so many awesome tracks I'd never heard before. The sound quality on this record is top-notch! Can't wait to have the band over to my listening room!!
Reissues don't get much better than this. It's a rare find, the tape's in solid condition, and the music is fantastic. RTI nailed the pressing—it's dead flat with zero noise. The cover's great, though there's no liner notes, but I think that's how the original was too. Plays perfectly alongside Head Hunters and In a Silent Way. A must-have for any collection.
I truly hope that all of Joe Henderson’s albums from his time at Milestone get re-released like this one. The sound quality is fantastic. I’ve been gathering his Milestone-era works, but most original copies are quite scarce and costly nowadays. I do own a couple, but hearing how amazing this reissue sounds makes me believe the original recordings must have been outstanding to start with. Highly recommended!

Great job by Kevin Gray and Phil De Lancie on this remaster! It's not "over-processed" just to be unique. I can't figure out how Kevin and Phil manage it, but this sounds like it was recorded in 2025, not 52 years ago.
