Excellent pressing. Noise-free, crisp, fantastic separation and soundstage. Get it.
In my version, track A5 has a repeating hum that's somewhat hidden by the music, yet it's bothersome and takes away from the listening experience. There are random pops scattered across the vinyl. The sound level is quieter than expected. By the way, I cleaned the record before playing it. Produced in the Czech Republic.
Awesome album with fantastic production. Ideal for testing new equipment.
It might be their best album. Everything is perfect from start to finish.
Translated automatically,Despite featuring six distinct vocalists, the Alan Parsons Project's "Pyramid" still comes across as a rather ordinary collection of tracks. The album delves into the enigma of pyramids and explores humanity's intrigue with superstition and its influence. The instrumental "Voyager" kicks off the record, with its intriguing style establishing the album's otherworldly atmosphere. Standout tracks include the lively "What Goes Up" and "The Eagle Will Rise Again," performed by Colin Blunstone. "Pyramania," filled with tension and dynamic keyboard work, does the best job of reinforcing the album's theme. "Can't Take It with You" delivers a moral lesson, emphasizing the value of our souls, in classic Parsons fashion. Though not an exceptional album, "Pyramid" successfully conveys its musical concept. Its brief yet somewhat engaging nature becomes more apparent after multiple listens, but the album isn't exactly essential.
