Absolutely amazing sounding record, masterfully handled by Bernie Grundman, featuring perfectly pressed & ultra-quiet heavyweight vinyl. Unbelievable steal at $19. Spot one, grab it!
Less noisy and more subdued than the earlier standard black version I owned, yet it still boasts that fantastic sound of Bernie G's mastering. Smooth, rich, and spacious! Plus, the color vinyl is gorgeous.
Got the gatefold version - identical cat # and labels
On Angel, there's an error with the mixing. The voice cuts out for a moment in the left speaker. Like when Jimi sings 'Fly On...' and so on.
The audio quality of this Scandinavian release is fantastic. It has a bright and crisp sound. I'm pretty sure it's a Norwegian pressing.
