Ten album przeniósł Eminema na szczyt i na zawsze przekształcił hip-hop. Bezlitosny humor, porywające teksty i alter ego Slim Shady. To połączenie prowokacji, groteski i szczerości. Produkcja Dr. Dre daje całości mocny, czysty beat, a sam Eminem błyszczy techniką i flow, które w 1999 roku brzmiało jak odkrycie. The album's sound seems a bit dull. Perhaps I'm accustomed to the Spotify version. I'll probably get another pressing to compare.
The Slim Shady LP has become even more of a collector's item and a piece of art. Interscope has done it again with another fantastic sounding picture disc. I'm absolutely loving it!
