  This record sounds absolutely flawless & top-notch for audiophiles. I didn't pick up a single hiccup or imperfection on any side of the 4 discs - and the recording has a spot-on stereo and stage presence. Really blown away. I always give each record a good wet clean (using a cleaning machine) before playing it. Perhaps that's why some folks aren't as happy with their copies?

  I've just gotten my hands on this Prince Box Set and I'm over the moon. It takes me back to 18 years ago when I first laid eyes on the original oversized box set, which has since become a pricey collector's item. I'm certainly glad I held out. This ‘Up All Nite With Prince’ box set is nicely compact, with the 4 original CDs housed in sturdy slip cases and a great booklet packed with plenty of liner notes and photos. The CDs haven't been remastered but they still sound fantastic, no issues here. The slipcase’s artwork is also OUTSTANDING!As for the 2003 ‘Live at The Aladdin Los Vegas’ DVD, the video quality was terrible 17 years ago, and the Estate didn't bother fixing it for this re-release. Oh well...facepalm. Could this box set be improved? Absolutely, and here’s what would’ve been great to have. 1. A reissue of ‘The Rainbow Children’ CD, 2. Better the DVD, and 3. Package the set like the fantastic ‘1999 Super Deluxe’ box set.In summary, the 2020 ‘One Nite Alone’ box is a steal, and the original box is now outdated. My final say....Absolutely essential
