Not every remix on this vinyl is a hit for me. But I'm glad they're on vinyl. The best part is the original This Is Why album. It sounds sooooo much clearer than my first pressing from last year. I'm over the moon about it!
The remixes album sounds fantastic. I noticed some background noise on the B-side, but it's not too bothersome. The This is Why disc has more depth and energy compared to my green version. There's less crackling than that one, but you can still hear some on both sides. All in all, I'm really happy with this release and it was worth the hour spent waiting in line in the snow.
I'm puzzled as to why the sanity demo's not included on the album. Apart from that, it's a really neat pressing.
Awesome new release! Absolutely adore the gatefold, it's fantastic! Choosing between this and the 2LP version was tough, but I'm thrilled I picked this one because the gatefold is way better than the 2LP's! Plus, this has an amazing back cover that the other one doesn't even have!
