Curious why this version doesn't feature the track 'Darkness'? Well, it's one of the initial pressings of the album. In subsequent pressings, they tacked the song onto the end. Apparently, the label chose to exclude it from vinyl releases, keeping it exclusive to CDs to boost CD sales. But after fans voiced their discontent, the label gave in and included the song in later repressings.
In my version, the Matrix is the same on side A, but the club edition I have doesn't include the bonus track, 'Darkness'. Side 1 - GHS-24091A-1A G1 - identical to what's mentioned above. Side 2 - GHS-24091B-1A (STAMPED - D) G1
Picked up my copy from a flea market. Turns out, the record was slipped into the wrong sleeve. The final track listed on the cover is "Darkness," but it ain't on the disc.
Good record and pressing, but the bass is kinda lacking. It should hit harder on the low end, and would've been a true classic if it did.
This is an excellent Aerosmith album from the mid-80s, and this US version has fantastic sound quality. The audio is vibrant, impactful, and crispy.
