The remix is like night and day compared to the original. I'd always hoped they hadn't drenched everything in so much reverb. I couldn't make out what Eddie was saying until I was older, it was just too hard to hear him.
It's alright but not great. The volume is a bit low and the inside is terrible so I swapped it. Apart from that, it's okay. Solid purchase considering I got it from Walmart.
Got 2 copies from 2 separate places and both had a bit of a bend. Ah, that's okay.
I recieved this as a present but my one is black not purple. All the numbers match everything. But its black.
This pressing is alright. Using my studio headphones, which are properly powered, and my vintage amp, which is fully restored, it sounds just fine. It's not anything special, but for the $25 I paid, it's worth it. I won't go looking for a better version to 'enhance my listening experience'—that's what DACs and lossless streaming are for. It does what it should for vinyl. 4 stars.
