The audio quality leaves something to be desired — beyond the initial two songs on each side, the others have clear distortion.
I've got number 2 out of 2000, so lucky me! It sounds amazing, just like every other VMP edition I have (Kid Cudi, MIA, Moses Sumney)
My version works just fine, no jumps. The mastering is alright, I'd give it a 7 out of 10. Perhaps tweaking the anti skatting setting could make a difference.
I gotta say, this slip case and packaging is hands-down the finest I've seen for any of my records. The quality of the materials and the meticulous detail in the big booklet are absolutely top-notch. Contrary to what someone else said, the records aren't flimsy or cheap, but they're also not 180gm. I reckon that's 'cause they wouldn't fit in the case if they were that thick. They're sturdy, and the sound quality is good, though it's a bit on the softer side, which kinda fits the album's vibe. All in all, I'm really pleased with this and wish more artists and publishers would put this much care into their releases.
Fantastic record, it sounds amazing with gorgeous tones. I got my copy for a bit more, around 60$, but it's totally worth it.
