Great reissue with simple packaging yet delivering impressive dynamic audio. By the by, I initially caught 'Five To One' on a bootleg live tape and adored it to the point of favoring it over the studio cut :)
This album is such a delight for your ears. With the eerie "not to touch the earth" and the gentle "love street," this album offers a wide range of feelings for your enjoyment.
Has anyone else had trouble finding a good copy? I've bought four sealed ones now, from different shops - all had either no sound, small scratches that caused pops and/or dishing. The sound quality is incredible, but I'm having a tough time finding a copy without defects.
The '68 Gold Label I've got is absolutely amazing! If you can't snag the Analogue Productions re-release, this is the one to grab.
I couldn't locate this particular version anywhere on Discogs, though I might have overlooked it. It's not rare, as there are several sales of this variant on Popsike. I'm sharing this in the hope of gathering more details about it.
