This album's got some great tracks. The overall sound quality is solid, but my version's got a bit of interference in the right audio channel.
Fantastic new release! The audio quality is superb, and the performance, as expected, is outstanding. I highly suggest grabbing this one, as it wasn't overly pricey on RSD and can be found below its original cost on the resale market. Absolutely fantastic!
I've got the black vinyl edition, and it's been sounding and playing amazingly well. I gave it a SpinClean II treatment before spinning it. It's perfectly flat, centered, super quiet, and plays beautifully. I'd definitely suggest grabbing this black vinyl version. OP is an incredibly unique piano talent, and I'm a huge fan of all his/their recordings, whether solo or with the trio.
I was a tad hesitant when I noticed the RSD pressing had mixed reviews, but my standard black vinyl copy is absolutely amazing. Dead silent, flat, deep bass, and the sound quality for a live recording is top-notch. This trio is incredibly tight, and their performance is electrifying, just an incredible jam.
