Ingebrigt Håker Flaten, the innovative bassist and composer, presents his third studio album, "Drops," under his project Exit Knarr. Set for release on August 22, 2025, via Sonic Transmissions Records, this album is a captivating exploration of free jazz and avant-garde music, spanning a concise yet intense 38 minutes. Flaten leads a quintet that includes Amalie Dahl, Marta Warelis, Olaf Olsen, Karl Hjalmar Nyberg, and Jonathan F Horne, delving into experimental territory through graphic scores that challenge traditional notation.
