It's a real shame that the sound engineers seemed to have dozed off while mastering this album's other versions. The audio quality of the regular copies is quite murky. I eventually stumbled upon a Promotional copy, which is way better than the standard ones.
Don't just take my word for it, these Bellman cut Doobie reissues are absolutely fantastic. What a pure delight to have a listen.

I'm on the same page as the other folks here, it's awesome. I was kinda hoping Rhino HiFi would go with the Kevin Gray approach, but didn't wanna hold out any more. Gave it a shot and it's fantastic.
