Picked this up in Firenze at Rock Bottom Records. An awesome record shop in Florence with a fantastic collection - rock, psych, punk, jazz, soundtracks, and more. Prices are a bit high, but they're worth it 'cause they know their stuff. Tel. 055245220Can't visit Italy and not grab this. It sounds amazing!
This is a crisp and clear pressing of one of Goblin's finest scores. It's clean, uncluttered, and the colors on this edition are really well done. Mondo has absolutely nailed it with this one, and you'd be missing out if you didn't grab it. The black vinyl Euro copies might have a slight advantage, but unless you've got super high-end equipment, this one will serve you well. I've got a full 1970s setup with a vintage JVC player, fitted with an Ortofon red, and it sounds fantastic.
Fantastic quality pressing, the sound is absolutely top-notch. I'd definitely suggest picking up this edition!
Absolutely fantastic pressing! Gorgeous gatefold artwork. Super super super quiet vinyl. There's a tiny bit of edge warping but it doesn't impact playback one bit, probably just from international shipping. Would definitely recommend!
